Educational Qualifications:

• Candidate must have done four-year B.E./BTech degree in relevant discipline from recognized University/Board/Institute.
• Minimum three years post qualification working experience in projects in any Govt. or Public or Private sector, preference to be given for experience in Oil & Gas Industry

Age Criteria:

The upper age limit as of the date of walk-in-interview for the above posts is 65 years.

Application Fee:

There is no application fee for the Engineer Post recruitment process.

Pay Scale:

• Selected individuals will get an honorarium of Rupees 45000 per month.
• Local conveyance @ Rupees 6000 per month will be paid.
• Mobile & Landline telephone reimbursements of a maximum of Rupees 1750 per month will be paid.
• Travel during all official tours outside the place of posting will be provided/ arranged by OIL, and an incidental of Rupees 250 per day will be paid for the actual number of days worked for OIL outside the place of posting.

Selection Procedure:

The individuals will be selected based on an Online Personal Viva Voice of a total of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks shall be 50 for all categories. The division of 100 marks will be on Professional Knowledge and skills (in the concerned discipline), Professional Knowledge and skills (in the allied field), Personal Attributes, and Soft Skills.
