The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada will conduct “Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET)” for the candidates seeking admission in all Diploma Courses in Engineering / Non-Engineering/Technology offered at Polytechnics/institutions (including Aided and Unaided Private Polytechnics / Institutions running as 2nd shift in Pvt. Engineering Colleges) in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2020-21.
The Written Examination for the Polycet 2020 is scheduled to take place on 28 April 2020. The state board has arranged the Examination centres as per the applications received. The AP Polycet Hall tickets/ AP CEEP Hall Ticket will be available to get 10 days before the examination.
Due to Nationwide Lockdown, appolycet will be commenced in May 2020.

The operator at the helpline center enters the data given in the APPLICATION form and uploads the photo and signatures after scanning and gives a print out to the student for verification. If the student is satisfied with the data entered, the operator presses the Confirm button and generates the hall ticket and issues the same to the student. Note: The candidates have to note that printing of Hall tickets immediately may not be possible in the last few days, as the heavy rush as usual. Hence they are advised to apply early or they may have to visit the Helpline centre for collecting the Hall Tickets after two or three days.
Important Notes Regarding AP PolyCET 2020 Hall Ticket
- Hall ticket issued to the candidate should be checked thoroughly. If a mistake is found, it should be corrected through helpline center IMMEDIATELY to get a revised Hall Ticket.
- No candidate will be allowed with incorrect data and photos on the Hall ticket to appear for the Examination.
- In case the candidate does not receive the Hall ticket, he/she may obtain the same through the internet from the Websites http://apceep.nic.in or contact personally in any helpline centers.
- Hall ticket is not transferable. Any tampering of Hall Ticket will automatically lead to the disqualification of the Candidate.
The AP Polycet Hall ticket is an important document and shall be preserved carefully after the examination
until the admission into Polytechnics is completed. The candidate will be allowed at the designated examination center on the production of printed Hall ticket. Familiarize yourself with the location of the examination center. Take the help of HLC personnel to know the route map to the examination center.
