  1. Hi friends I need one clarification as I am not having degree convocation certificate.. Shall I upload passing certificate..??

  3. Documents should be self attested..?? Also I have caste certicate in new digital format, apply the same..? Because they have given old format in instructions. Please suggest

    Reply
      • But in the instructions it’s clearly mentioned to self attestation, and also asked to submit originals at the time of varification. I think it’s a process of signature validation may be..!

        Reply
        • if you dont have original documents and then you have to self attest n upload. But when you have originals only, you can scan the same and upload..uploading original wont harm

moreover, then don’t verify it online, mostly. They verify at the time of document verification against claimed reservation and DATE of certificate. Clear ?

          Reply
        • can you copy paste the instruction where its mentioned to self attest..

there is no such instruction here kpscapps(dot)com(slash)gpe_mains_2017(slash)notification.pdf

          Reply
          • In the same file, read the rule number 9. I think it’s a clear instruction I feel.. anyhow please clarify if am not sure..!

          • yes. instruction 9 says so. But under instruction 2 , there is no mention of self attestation. And self attest makes sense only when you are uploading xerox.

its fine when one uploads original docs with no signature.

          • Yeah bro .. I spoke to helpline. They said if we have original we can apply the same. If we don’t have originals means self certification required for photo copies..! Also no objection for new format of caste certificate ..! Thank you for your kind suggestion..

  11. Friends, do we need to score minimum marks in each paper to get eligibility??.. my score is 168 (65.5+102.5) as per the key answers..cut off is 153.. but still I’m not in.

This might also be a possibility…
You might have unintentionally or unknowingly put some black ink(small mark) on the other boxes along with answers.
In this case, even though if your answer is correct, the machine will detect that you have marked two answers for a single question. Hence, in this case it will be treated as wrong answer due to multiple circling.

What is your position right now ?????
    Did you contact KPSC ????

  15. There are many people who are having confusion with their marks. Many are saying they scored more than cut off marks, but still their Reg No. is not there in the list. It is better if someone asks KPSC to publish the marks scored by the candidates so that everyone will be able to clear their doubts.

I think, this is not possible with UPSC. Any idea how this is done in KPSC?

          • You’ve taken 0.5 only as negative too

You say omr marking is perfect too

I don’t know any other reason where u would have lost marks

I would say call kpsc or get ur omr checked by some Frend again

Bcoz ur close and two questions wrong would push u below cutoff

So get it checked by Frend once
