Karnataka PDO Result
In next step after taking examination, the KEA board will release the PDO & GPS Answer Key. The candidates who took part in the examination will be asked to review the answer key and submit the objections if any.
To submit the objection for the correction of the answer key, one should the produce the documentary proof of the correct answer. If one fails to obey the norm, the answer will be considered correct and included in final answer key.
The result of any examination also gets prepared in terms of the final answer key.Therefore, it becomes more important to submit the objections.
Kar PDO GPS Cut Off Marks 2021 exam analysis
Here, we are providing the expected cut off score for Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the PDO and GPS examination Below.
As we know the examination was divided into 2 parts. The paper 1 included the multiple choice questions from General Knowledge, General Kannada, General English while paper 2 had questions from Rural Development and Panchayat Raj.
Each paper had 100 questions. Every correct answer will be awarded 2 marks. Hence, it makes 200 marks paper for each. As there is no Negative marking, it will affect the cutoff score.
Though, the cutoff marks depend on several factors. Few are the total number of applicants to the posts, the difficulty of the written test and more.

Just 2 min back I called KEA. They said that the final list will be announced within 20 days.And no re exam and stay.
And I asked about that provisional merit list(District wise) they said due to some server issue it has been removed and nothing else.So friends be cool,no re exam and no stay nothing.

ಈ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲಿಚ್ಛಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಲಿಖಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಸಾಧನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವಂಥ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಅಕೆಯು ಕೋರಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿ, ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಲಿಖಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಮೌಖಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬರವಣಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೂಕ್ತ ನೆರವನ್ನು ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರೂ. 10/-ಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಎಷ್ಟು ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ವಿಲೇ ಮಾಡುವುದು?
ಉತ್ತರ.
1. ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿವಸಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 2. ಕೋರಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಜೀವ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ಯ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸದ ನಲವತ್ತೆಂಟು ಗಂಟೆಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 3. ಕೋರಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಮೂರನೇ ಪಕ್ಷಕಾರನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 4. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿಫಲನಾದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು?
ಉತ್ತರ.
8ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಧಕವಾಗದಂತೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಅಥವಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭನುಸಾರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು, ಅಂಥ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕೃತಿಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯದ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಬಹುದಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಬಹುದು.
(1) ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಆಯೋಗ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭನುಸಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಆಯೋಗವು ಯಾವುದೇ ದೂರು ಅಥವಾ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭನುಸಾರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು, ಯಾವುದೇ ಯುಕ್ತ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೋರಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅfðಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಅಥವಾ 7ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಮಯದೊಳಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಅಬಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದುರುದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದೂ ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲದ, ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಥವಾ ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದುಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ, ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ದಿನದವರೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ದಿನದವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡುನೂರ ಐವತ್ತು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಜುಲ್ಮಾನೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಆದರೆ, ಜುಲ್ಮಾನೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತವು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ:

ಸ್ವತಃ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಪುರಾವೆ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತದ ರಸೀದಿ, ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಪ್ರತಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ

ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಿಂತ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಯದು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು, ಕೋರಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ
1ನೇ ಮನವಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು, ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಹೆಸರು, ನಿಗದಿಸಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಯ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಕ್ಷೀಸಿ (ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು 1ನೇ ಮನವಿಯ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸುತ್ತವೆ).
1ನೇ ಮನವಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದು:
ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸ ಬೇಕು.
ನೀವು ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದಾದರೆ, ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ/ರಿಜಸ್ಟರ್ ಅಂಚೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ. ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕೊರಿಯರ್ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಡಿ.
ಎರಡು ಸಂಧರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ಅಥವಾ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ರಸೀದಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ.
ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪುರೈಕೆಗೆ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿ:
ಸಹಜ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು 30 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ಆದರೆ ಅಸಹಜ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 45 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪರಿಮಿತಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ (FAA) ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
