Karnataka PDO Result
In next step after taking examination, the KEA board will release the PDO & GPS Answer Key. The candidates who took part in the examination will be asked to review the answer key and submit the objections if any.

Kar PDO GPS Cut Off Marks 2021 exam analysis
Here, we are providing the expected cut off score for Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the PDO and GPS examination Below.
As we know the examination was divided into 2 parts. The paper 1 included the multiple choice questions from General Knowledge, General Kannada, General English while paper 2 had questions from Rural Development and Panchayat Raj.
Each paper had 100 questions. Every correct answer will be awarded 2 marks. Hence, it makes 200 marks paper for each. As there is no Negative marking, it will affect the cutoff score.
Though, the cutoff marks depend on several factors. Few are the total number of applicants to the posts, the difficulty of the written test and more.

ಕೋರ್ಟ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾದ ವಿವಾದಗಳು ನಡೆದಾಗ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಹಾಗು ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಧಾರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು UPSC ವಿಚಾರವಲ್ಲ. ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದರ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇದ್ದ ಕೇಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ ತಳೆದ ನಿಲುವನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಅದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಓದಿ.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಸಾರಾಸಗಟಾಗಿ ಹೀಗಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿಮಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನನಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ತರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವ್ಯವಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ದೂರಿ ಓಡಿಹೋಗುವನು ಪಲಾಯವಾದಿ. ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿವರೆಗೆ UPSC, KPSC ಸೇರಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎದುರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇವೆರಡರ interview ಎದುರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈಗ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದು ಹೋದ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ದೂರುವ ಕೆಳ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂದೂ ಇಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದೂ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಲ್ಲ. PDO ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪರ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ದರ್ದೂ ನನಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡದೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟಿದೆ, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ನುವವರು ಕೈಲಾಗದವರಷ್ಟೇ.

KEA ತನ್ನ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಇದೇ 14ರಂದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಆಗ ಇನ್ನೂ ವಿಸ್ತೃತವಾಗಿ, ದೂರುದಾರರ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಏಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತವಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಪರಿಗಣಿತವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕೂರುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವವರಾರೂ ಅಕ್ರಮ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೆಲವು ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸೋಣ. KEA ಎದರು 4 ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳ ವಿಚಾರ ಇದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿದೆರಡು ಉತ್ತರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಕೋರಿರುವವು.
Karnataka civil service(Direct recruitment by competitive examination and selection) General rules 2006, amendment rules 2013 and 2015 ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೇಸ್ ನೀಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಗೆ ಇರುವ ಮಿತಿಯ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖವಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅದು ತಪ್ಪು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ.
ಅಂದರೆ ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಅಥವ ಉತ್ತರಗಳು ತಪ್ಪು/ ಅಪೂರ್ಣ/ ಗೊಂದಲಮಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೇಸ್ ನೀಡಿಕೆ / ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳೂ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ವಿಧಾನ. ಇದು ಅರ್ಹ ರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗದಂತೆ ತಡೆಯುವ ವಿಧಾನವೂ ಹೌದು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಗ್ರೇಸ್ ನೀಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು KEA ಗೆ ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿದೆ.
ಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದವಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸರಿಯುತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿರುವವರು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲದವರು ಇತರೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ಯರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಇದರಿಂದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುವ ಪ್ರಮೇಯವೇ ಬರದು.
PDO ಮತ್ತು GS-1 ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಕೊರತೆ ಜೊತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕಾಠಿಣ್ಯತಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕೊರತೆ ಇತ್ತು ಎಂದೂ ಕೆಲವರು ಪ್ರಲಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅತಿ ಮೇಧಾವಿಗಳಾದ ಅವರು ಅಂತಹ ಸುಲಭದ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದಾಗಲೂ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗದೆ ಇರುವುದು ಸೋಜಿಗವೇ ಸರಿ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹರು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತಡೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೇನೋ?

Friends this is my 4th comment in this group. On 1st Sept 4.08pm there is comment in my name. That’s not me. Ignore it. We have filed the case seeking justice & there is no chance to step back. We fight until key answers are revised. I attended every hearing of PDO selection. I sit in 1st line during the case. Anybody could contact me personally or call my no.
