WB SET Admit Card 2018 WB-SET-2018 Exam Admit Card at www.wbcsconline.in

The West Bengal College Service Commission is going to conduct the SET- 2018 on December 02. The participants can get the WB SET-2018 Admit Card from the official website www.wbcsconline.in. The WB SET Admit Card will be available to get from November 05.

Earlier, the exam was set to take place on December 09. But due to colliding the commencement with UGC NET, the commission is preponing the exam on December 02. A notification for the candidates was made available online of the official portal.

Almost every year, the WBCSC holds the State Eligibility Test to select the candidates for the college services. And in the same scenario, The SET-2018 will take place on the 2nd of December for the selection of Assistant Professor.

WB SET 2018 Examination Scheme (Assistant Professor)

The Test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of only objective type questions.

Paper-I shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions, each carrying 2 marks. The questions which will be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching, research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.

Paper-II shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions, each carrying 2 marks which will be based on the subject selected by the candidate. All the questions of Paper – II will be compulsory, covering entire syllabi of earlier Paper II & Paper – III (including all electives, without options).

The candidate will have to mark the responses for questions of Paper – I & Paper – II on the OMR Sheet provided along with the test booklet.

WB SET-2018 Admit Card General Instructions

Meanwhile, To appear in the examination, the candidates will require to get the SET Admit Card online from the official Website. The intimation to get admit card will be released on the official website of the WBCS.

The candidates need to get and produce the Admit Card while entering the examination hall. If the candidates fail to produce Online printed Admit Card and Photo ID Card, they won’t be allowed to sit in the examination. The Documents that can be used as Photo ID are available below
