Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Hyderabad has conducted a written test for posts of Panchayat Secretary (Grade-IV) in April 2019. The commission will announce the written test result very soon. Candidates who have been a part of the written test can check their respective AP Panchayat Secretary Result on the official website through the link given on this page.
The Commission will conduct a Screening test in Offline mode on 21/04/2019. The main examination for the same in the Online mode for candidates selected in the screening test will be held through the computer-based test very soon. Therefore, candidates can download APPSC Panchayat Secretary hall tickets before 7 days of the exam commencement date from commission’s official website.

Online applications were invited from eligible candidates for filling up various 1055 posts of Panchayat Secretary (Grade-IV) through the Notification No.13/2018. A large number of candidates appeared in the written test on 23/04/2019. Now, the candidates who have been a part of the screening examination are waiting for the result. The screening test result will be announced in the first week of June 2019 (tentative).
After the announcement of Screening Test result, the commission will conduct the Main examination. The main examination is expected to be held in June-July 2019. The hall tickets/admit cards for the same will be made available on the official website before seven days of the exam commencement date. The candidates need to download the AP Panchayat Secretary Main Exam Hall Tickets by using the registration number and date of birth.
Selection Procedure: The candidates must appear in the screening test to be held on 21/04/2019. Based on the Merit in the screening test, candidates will be picked up in the ratio of 50 per one notified post for the main examination in order of General Merit.
The minimum qualifying marks in the main examination for consideration of a candidate to the selection process in case of OC category is 40%, BC category is 35% and for SC, ST and PH categories is 30% or as per the relevant rules. The minimum qualifying mark is relaxable in the case of SC/ST/BC/PH at the discretion of the Commission.

The category wise merit list will be released on the official web. The candidates can download the notification for the cut-off scores and schedule for the further process.
