Recently, a recruitment notification for the same has been released by the authority on its official website. As the registration process ends on 28/02/2017. Applications were invited from eligible candidates through online mode only through the Bank’s website www.federalbank.co.in between 18.02.2017 and 28.02.2017. Candidates who join the Bank as Probationary Officer in Scale-1 will be on probation for a period of 2 years.
A large number of applications were received for the posts of Probationary Officers (Scale-1). The authority will conduct the Online Aptitude Test on 11 March 2017 at various examination centers.
Mode of Selection
Selection of the candidates will be based on Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The process will be conducted in various centers depending upon the number of candidates.
Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the second phase of selection process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI). The short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test.

The online aptitude test pattern for the recruitment of Probationary Officer consists of 5 sections as given below:

There will be negative marks at the rate of 0.25 for wrong answers. The qualifying criteria will be decided by the Bank as per its selection/recruitment policy. Online Aptitude Test will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.
Federal Bank P.O. Call Letter: The admit card/call letter consists of all the information about the candidate like registration number, name, date of birth, photograph, examination center details and exam timings etc on it. Aspirants are advised to check the admit card print properly before the examination.
In addition, the candidates must bring a valid photo identity proof like aadhar card, voter identity card, pan card, driving license etc with them. The candidates without admit card and photo identity proof will not be permitted to enter the examination center.
