KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.
How to check KPSC KAR Gazetted Probationers Result 2017:
- First of all, visit the official website at http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/
- Find the detail named KPSC Gazetted Probationers (Prelims) Result
- . on the detail and Fill the required details like reg no. & Pass
- Check the filled information and . on the proceed button
- The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result will be shown on your desktop screen
- get it and take a valid print out for provisional use

There are some technical glitches while preparing for interview preparation like dates, shortlisting resource persons, or some exams etc..
They will announce results only after interview dates are confirmed. There will be 15 days gap between mains qualifying result date and interview schedule. Good luck
shortlisting of experts, n other interview preparations have started paralelly. and they will give us 15 days time for preparation in that time they will confirm experts and invite them it’s not big issue.
The only thing is evaluation should complete this week so that staff will prepare list in next week later approval of members. I hope result will be around 26th of September.

Evaluation is in concluding stage ….. This is what I have heard from my FDA friends and you people on this forum …. There is near convergence on this info …. However we are already in to second week and approval process might take longer than you are expecting ….. so Logically 3rd week seems to be unlikely …..

* GP 2015 Evaluation is not completed yet, But it won’t consume much time. I’ll let you know the probable date of publication in next week.
*Few Provisional Select lists of 05/10/2016 and Final Select Lists of 17/12/2016 will publish this week.

I would not guess the date of results but I want to put across the present status of GP 2015..
1. 3rd Evaluation of many papers is still pending
2. As per KPSC source still 1st and 2nd evaluation of rare subjects is pending but does not take much time as number of candidates are less.
3. Time for 3rd evaluation, 1st and 2nd evaluation (if any papers are pending only), Eligibility List preparation, cross checking, other kpsc procedures, getting signature of members, etc.. All this to be calculated to guess the results date.. If i guess you troll me.. So I leave it to you to guess on your own..

We met evaluators too.. Day before.. Three of them.. They were for agriculture, veterinary science n othr subjects.. They said all together, these small optionals around 180 papers r thr to b evaluated..nd in thr room, history evaluators were thr, for 3rd evaluation..he said this week evrything will come to end..dont think he wud ve lied..he said this.. Now believe or not.. Left to u guys too..the only concern is getting d list approved by members soon..

Still 15days min to need to complete evaluation process and for preparing results process sign and internal procedures it will take min 15 days . So results may take atleast 30 days min it’s Logic i think.. so September end results again at the end we start telling October end.. is this calculation true..?

Spoke to my source to collect some info regarding yesterday meeting.. He doesnt know much abt it!!
However;
He told GS4 evaluation got over. Tried confirming thru friend sis. She spoke in office building itseems. Supposedly the prof is leaving bang today. He has confirmed that itseems to office staff.. But again dont know if 3rd is done or not, including for psychology optionals..
Secretary had a review with him regarding interview prep, before meeting with CS. Secretary did mention that evaluation is going to end very shortly.(he dint mention date nor did my source bother asking)..
When asked abt interview dates, he told he will inform after it gets approval. However he did mention that its after ias exam.. When pestered he told u can go with 3rd option which i told u before(Oct second week mid or starting from 3rd week).
Pls note, these r tentative dates.. Everything can be confirmed once it gets approval..
So if anyone hasnt started preparation buckle up n start prep.. Results r round the corner n interview following it…

It was a follow-up meeting. Discussion was about
-all pending results,
– reason for slowdown process
– issue about bad response to candidates so they r visiting CS office.
– GP recruitment status.
– outcome is that within this month all pending results should be announced.
– 2 kpsc officers(deputy secretary and secretary) there inside the hall.
All These info is collected by my frnd.
*No discussion about interview of GP. like under whose chairmanship and all were not discussed.

Some news is that from October 2nd week interview is planned by commission if no hurdles in Between. If I get any authentic news about results I will share here.

I’m just sharing the information if some issues arises then automatically result will be delayed. See ethics evaluation was major hit for slowdown the process. Now it’s came to end but 3rd evaluation of some subjects still pending.
As the days go new hurdle may come which affects the planned schedule of interviews.
As of now they planned to conduct in October mid if everything is okay. . . If officials won’t give results within stipulated time then obviously interview will be postponed.
Even KPSC staff and commission are unable to predict exact date of result.
So don’t blame others who r commenting(guessing the date) in this forum…

Tomorrow at 11am one of my friend has taken an appointment to meet secretary kpsc , his meeting is regarding some other exam, he has not written this year KPSC GP, but i have asked him to enquire with secretary about our mains results also, actually that meeting was fixed today evening at 4pm but the secretary did not meet and rescheduled it for tomorrow. I just hope for some good update from him

Impossible…I got information from kpsc…Results will be end of September or first week of October..As evaluation will take another 5-10 days…Procedure including lost preparation will take minimum 15 days..

They r coming out one by one not by group. So couldn’t count. But we could count in the afternoon lunch time everyone comes at a time. I’ve met 2 prof both r from psychology 1 madam gave info another person just said he came for ethics evaluation and I asked any other subject pending? For that he said some technical optionals r pending as he heard from staff which may take 2_3 days time to finish. He doesn’t know whether those technical optionals pending r only for 3rd evaluation or 1&2nd…

Hi friends.
Now I’m in front of kpsc. Just I met a lady professor of psychology she said she came for ethics evaluation. By tomorrow it’s gonna complete in case unable to complete then at any cost day after tomorrow it will get over. She said Friday 100% it will get over. I asked about 3rd evaluation for that she didn’t reply as 1more lady professor came out and called her so both went out.. so couldn’t confirm about 3rd round evaluation of ethics (psychology part).
This is first hand info from professor. Without blaming me u people can think further about results.
And if possible I will update about results too as soon as I get info from my source.
In a mean while we can expect comments from geeta, vijay,Ryan.others
