KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.

No.Their information is absolutely right.Saturday meeting was not actually for kas mains result approval.However they have discussed issues pertaining to kas results.
Now signing is just a formality.They ended meeting with proposal that they will meet on Wednesday and approve formally.

Wednesday is the best day to gather near Kpsc and ask for results as there’ll be meeting on that day and the protest will have an outcome towards our side. If they are pressurised then the results will be declared by Thursday. The final wait should be until today 7PM.

There is political pressure on secretary to delay the results until October end.
There has been a rift between chairman,few members and secretary on declaration of results. Chairman wants it soon but secretary is under political pressure. The delay tactics has been used in form of symbol issue to silent members and secretary.
The sooner the aspirants unite and protest near kpsc sooner will be results. Else it’ll be delayed and there will be corruption for sure.
They have not felt any real pressure from aspirants which is a boost for them to further delay results.
Unite soon,protest,present a representation, inform media..results will not be delayed and lesser scope for corruption.

But, everyone wont apply for their copies through rti…. just 1% many apply rti for for copies…… other candidates who are not selected may think that they had not done well in exams, and may simply keep quiet…. though they might have qualified otherwise if these kind of fraud had not happened…. many will simply write exams, wait for result.. if selected, they join… if not selected, they simply move on……. many are not even aware of this rti and answer copies……

I think this is not the first time people using symbols in their answer sheets. Kpsc knows everything like this. That’s why kpsc has given statement on QCA booklet for not to use any type of symbols in QCA booklet. Otherwise they clearly stated that those persons will be disqualified.
The people like ….. who r saying results in Nov. Dec. They might have applied RTI on it just to postpone the results and for interview under new chairman.

No Baba… RTI’s r allowed only after the publication of final list. Before that only they will call for objections. At the time of objection we will not have any proofs… So they will surely regency our objection. And after the publication of final result even if we go to court kpsc simply say any objections after the publication of final results r not considered.
Ex. Someone ex servicemen of 1998 or 1999 batch fought like this and even court ordered kpsc to give him post. He still did not get it…

What the fuck. I have a habit up putting two dots on top of answer sheet. I think I fuckked up. Hopefully they ignore it???
If they take this sign issue seriously, they may ask for explanation from candidate….. they may also put your paper under suspicion that you intended to reveal your identity to invigilators through signs on the answer sheet… finally, they may go with board decision or may ask expert opinion or the opinion of govt about this issue and take a decision about this…. 🙁

It looks like it’s going to take sometime to again identify candidates who used symbols and get the explanation (without calling for explanation kpsc won’t take action as they must know the intent of using symbols before taking action).. It needs atleast 20 days for this process.. If they overlook all this they can immediately release the list. But they can’t take risks like that.. Before finalising the list kpsc has enormous work.. Just like that they can’t release the list just to satisfy candidates… And they have to take action as per rules on examination misconduct also… There are technical issues that we don’t understand.. Just because we all are waiting from years we can’t behave and use derogatory words on people who collect and share information here with all difficulty..

@ryan and others… PIL would not yield any results…If court issues notice to kpsc then kpsc will easily say that it’s due to administrative delay and we are working on it..Court will nonither but to direct kpsc to release the results asap..This means what waste of time and money..kpsc again will take it’s sweet time…As the process involves technicalities court normally will not interfere in the process…More over kpsc can justify it’s stand quoting the evaluation process,ongoing recruitment ,work pressure etc…Highly impossible to get directions from court..As it’s a constitutional body even court would only say release asap…

Spoke to my source yesterday (finally), couldnt comment Yest itself due to personal reasons;
* No such meeting, regarding kas mains results, has happened post wed meeting.
(Info what i had shared prev was from friend who spoke to officer incharge for wrd results.who ever has followed those comments know it as both info regarding wrd came true. N result date of Sat n mon was communicated to them by fellow officers itself. So Only Many had mentioned result date to be sat ot 1st).
*list was ready for last wed itself for the approval of members. However even he doesnt know exact reason y it wasn’t included in agenda. (what info circulated by many including msg from Mr shankar bellubbi is also true).
* its true that they have received rti regarding symbol in answer sheets. They r preparing measures taken for next meeting. ( he doesnt know what exactly they r doing regarding that).
* next meeting is slated for coming Wednesday. Kas list n interview schedule is planned to go for approval on that day.
* if everything goes well n nothing new props up, results on Thursday. Or else it might go even further.
* interview still as per previous info(Oct 3rd week) ( if everything goes well in wed meeting n if they can get approval that day).
* prob a press note might be released to intimate interview date. As it takes 1-3 days to prep , take approval n release a detailed day wise interview schedule

Not even a single kpsc member is on Twitter, though secretary has an account it’s non functional, controller doesn’t respond properly even to calls,CS is helpless. Aspirants don’t know how to approach courts to submit PIL..
If anyone is hoping to enter Karnataka government services please keep a backup else you’ll be frustrated, lose your youthful life in this vicious system.
According to my source results should be out within October first month but I personally don’t guarantee it.
