Kar PDO GPS Cut Off Marks 2021 exam analysis
Here, we are providing the expected cut off score for Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the PDO and GPS examination Below.
As we know the examination was divided into 2 parts. The paper 1 included the multiple choice questions from General Knowledge, General Kannada, General English while paper 2 had questions from Rural Development and Panchayat Raj.
Each paper had 100 questions. Every correct answer will be awarded 2 marks. Hence, it makes 200 marks paper for each. As there is no Negative marking, it will affect the cutoff score.
Though, the cutoff marks depend on several factors. Few are the total number of applicants to the posts, the difficulty of the written test and more.

KAT ಕೇಸಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಮೊದಲು ಐದು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇ. ಇಷ್ಡು ಆಗಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಐದು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಸಾಲಾ ಮಾಡಿ ತಂದು ಕೊಟ್ಟೆ. ಈಗ ರಿವೈಸ್ ಆಗಿ ಎರಡು ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ಬಂತು. ಆದರೆ ಲಿಸ್ಟಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು, ಆರು ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ನಾನು ಈಗಲೂ 1:3 ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರನೆ ಪ್ಲೇಸಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೀನಿ. ಬರೀ ವೆರಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಮಾಡ್ಸಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕು. ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಇವರು ನನಗೆ ಕೋರ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಕೊಡಿಸಿದ ರಿಲೀಫ್ ಇದು..ಬರೀ ಕೋರ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೋದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ಸಿಗುತ್ತೆ ಅಂತ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಹೇಳಿ ಹಣ ಪೀಕಿದರು. ದುಡ್ಡು ಕೊಡೋ ತನಕ ಇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆ ಕೇಳಿ ಪಿಡಿಒ ಆಗೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟೆ ಅಂತ ಉಬ್ಬಿ ಹೋಗಿ ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿ ತಂದು ಇವರ ಎದೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿದೆ….ಆಮೇಲೆ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಆರೊಗೆಂಟಾಗಿ ಆನ್ಸರ್ ಮಾಡೋಕೆ ಶುರುಮಾಡಿದರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಪರ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ವೆಯಿಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಂದರು. ಕೊನೇಲಿ, ನಾವೇನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀವಾ, ಗೆದ್ದೇ ಗೆಲ್ತೀವಿ ಅಂತ, ಕೋರ್ಟು ಅಂದರೆ ಏನು ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಆಗಬಹುದು, ನೀನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆನ್ಸರ್ ಹಾಕಿಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ನಿನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪು . ಏನೋ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟವನ ಹಾಗೆ ಎಗರಾಡ್ತೀಯ ಅಂತ ನನ್ನನ್ನೇ ದಬಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ಹತ್ತುಸಾವಿರಾನ ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದೆ. ಕೆಲಸ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಹೊಂದಿಸೋದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಷ್ಟ ಅನ್ನೋದು ನನ್ನಂತವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಕೆಎಟಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಂತೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡುವರೆ ಲಕ್ಷ ಕಲೆಕ್ಟ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದೆಲ್ಲ ಏನಾಯ್ತು ಅಂತ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಕೇಳುವವರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಕೊಡುವವರಂತೂ ಮೊದಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಆಗಲೂ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೆಎಟಿ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ತಾನು ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಕೆಇಎ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಕೇಸ್ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣವೊಂದು ಸಿವಿಲ್, ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಅಥವ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾದರೆ ಆಗ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ವಾದಿ, ಪ್ರತಿವಾದಿಗಳ ವಾದ ಆಲಿಸಿ ಎರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಸರಿ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಪರಮಾಧಿಕಾರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರದ್ದು.
ಅದೇ ಅಕ್ಯಾಡಮಿಕ್ (ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ) ವಿಷಯ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಯರುಗಳಾಗಲಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾಗಲಿ ಸರಿ ಉತ್ತರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಬಾರದು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯ ತಜ್ಞರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ತನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಲಾಗದು. ಪಿಡಿಒ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಅಕ್ಯಾಡಮಿಕ್ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ್ದು. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯೊಂದರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇಂತಹ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಸುಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಎಕ್ಸಪರ್ಟ್ ಕಮಿಟಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಆಧರಿಸಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕೆಎಟಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಎಕ್ಸಪರ್ಟ್ ಕಮಿಟಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡದೆ ತನ್ನ ಮೂಗಿನ ನೇರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ಉತ್ತರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಆಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇಂತಹ ಹತ್ತಾರು ಜಡ್ಜಮೆಂಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಅಭ್ಯಸಿಸಿ ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆಪೋಸಿಟ್ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯವರ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೇನು ಎಂಬುದೂ ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಯಾಂಡಿಡೇಟ್ ಆತಂಕಪಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
